The new clients’ exclusive TFB Service is launched
The international technology company Tools for Brokers has announced the release of a new product for its clients – the TFB Service.
The TFB Service offers professional technical service and maintenance for all TFB clients, with the primary goal of further elevating their experience with the company’s solutions and enabling them to maximise the benefits of using the products right from the start.
The new TFB Service offers various support services that include the initial server setup, platform database migration, accounts archiving, and trading platform configuration. MT4 users will also be able to access MT4 server optimisation through the TFB Service.
The service is offered in three packages: Regular, Urgent, and Standalone. Each package offers a different approach to support and ETA. For example, the Urgent package features live communication with a senior specialist of the support team who is assigned within 24 hours and is available to clients via phone. The Standalone package assumes the client’s initial individual work with documentation that is provided by TFB, and consultation calls are available on demand at an extra charge.
