Today, we spotlight Anna Nikitina, Regional Support Group Lead for the EU cluster – a team member whose journey reflects what makes TFB truly special: growth, clarity, reliability, and genuine human care.

Anna joined TFB in early 2021 as a Junior Technical Support Specialist. In just a few years, her role expanded rapidly – to Regional Support Group Lead.
Her progress reflects both her commitment and TFB’s belief in nurturing talent.
“At TFB, almost all of my growth happened hands-on,” Anna shares. “The challenges, the pace, and the trust I was given shaped my confidence, my leadership style, and the way I approach every task.”
Her leadership today is rooted in clarity, calm decision-making, and a strong sense of responsibility, values that define the whole Support team.
Technical excellence, human approach
With six years in tech, Anna has built deep technical expertise in platform configuration, routing logic, integrations, and troubleshooting. But she’s quick to emphasise that her real strength lies in her mindset.
“I break issues into steps, control every change, and keep communication transparent. Consistency is everything.”
Beyond the technical work, mentoring has become one of her proudest contributions. Training eight newcomers, one of whom grew into a senior role, is a milestone that, to her, represents the heart of TFB’s culture: shared standards, collaboration, and mutual support.
