3 types of TFB Service package
The TFB Service package is currently available in three tiers:
Communication via the ticketing system. Support is provided, and the ETA is calculated upon receiving a detailed technical task from the client.
Live communication with a senior specialist of the support team. The specialist is assigned within 24 hours, followed by a call to discuss the next steps and calculate the ETA.
Full documentation and the solution are provided to the client for individual work. Consultation calls on demand are available at an extra charge
