Initial server setup

The TFB technical team will guide you through the configuration process and assist with SQL export if required.

Platform database migration

The migration process plays an important role in the platform setup and future business development. Migration can be tricky, but not if you have the TFB team helping you. Right now we help clients move from one MetaTrader 4 server to another, from MetaTrader 4 to MetaTrader 5, and from MetaTrader 5 to cTrader.

Accounts archiving

If your brokerage is processing large volumes of trading orders and you’re in business for a while, then you most likely have inactive accounts that aren’t trading but simply occupy server space. We will help you locate and archive those accounts to free up space and avoid digital clutter in the platform.

MetaTrader 4 server optimisation

MetaTrader doesn’t sell or officially support MetaTrader 4 servers anymore, but many brokerages still utilise this platform to a certain extent. If your business still operates on MT4 servers, we can help optimise its performance by archiving trading history and optimising daily .dat files.

Changes to Historical Charts

Changes to Historical Charts The TFB tech team will add, fix, or replace Historical Charts for you.

Trading history import and optimisation

Keep your Trading History up-to-date with TFB. We can import it from a file and delete the history that’s no longer required.

Settings update

Change the settings for symbols, accounts, and groups to match your business strategy and requirements.

The TFB Service package is currently available in three tiers

Communication via the ticketing system

Support is provided, and the ETA is calculated upon receiving a detailed technical task from the client

Urgent

Live communication with a senior specialist on the support team

The specialist is assigned within 24 hours, followed by a call to discuss the next steps and calculate the ETA

Standalone

Complete documentation and the solution are provided to the client for individual work

Consultation calls on demand are available at an extra charge

We offer a range of services that are beyond what you’d expect from the standard technical support. Help with setup and configuration, migration to new platforms, help with optimisation of the environment and updates are among the main things we provide. If you’d like to get our help on something else, you can reach out to us to discuss it and see if we’re able to assist with your case.

What types of TFB Service packages are available?

There are 3 main packages available: Regular, Urgent, and Standalone. Each package includes a different format of communication with the tech team, the speed of response, and the degree of TFB involvement.

How can I request a free trial of TFB Service?

This offer is not a product as such, but rather a service for existing TFB clients who require additional technical help that is not covered by the 24/7 support package.
