As TFB celebrates 15 years in the fintech industry, we’re shining a light on the people who make it all possible. This time we sat down with Anna Tomouzou, who joined TFB in June 2023 as a Sales Manager, for a warm and insightful conversation.

Coming from outside the financial software space, it wasn’t easy at first, but Anna embraced the challenge. “My main focus was to understand how the Bridge operates and how it can help brokerages work smarter,” she shares. That curiosity and dedication quickly turned into a strong foundation for building relationships and trust with clients.

Growing into the role

At TFB, growth often comes not just from projects, but from people. “I’ve learned to really listen to clients,” Anna says. “Instead of jumping to solutions, I’ve developed the habit of asking the right questions to truly understand our clients’ challenges and find the best way to help.”

Client-first approach

For Anna, sales at TFB is never just about software, it’s about building trust and delivering real value. “We work to understand not only our clients’ current needs but also where they want to go next,” she says. “This way, we can recommend the solutions that will help them solve pain points today while setting them up for future growth.”

Flexibility that makes a difference

When asked what makes TFB’s approach unique, Anna doesn’t hesitate: flexibility. “We take the time to listen before recommending anything. And if a suggestion can improve the client experience, we’re open to adjusting our tools to make it happen. It’s about listening, analyzing, testing, and delivering only when it truly adds value.”

Teamwork that drives success

Sales isn’t a solo job at TFB. “Each project and challenge teaches you something new,” Anna says. “And no matter how complex a case is, you know there’s always someone ready to support you, whether it’s a technical specialist, support engineer, or manager. That teamwork makes all the difference.”

For Anna, TFB is defined by its culture as much as its innovation. “We’re in a fast-paced industry, so having an open mindset is key,” she says. “What stands out most is the friendliness of the team, the openness to ideas, and the genuine willingness to help one another. It’s a culture that keeps people and clients at the center of everything.”

The future excites Anna as much as the present. “I’m genuinely enthusiastic about the developments we’re working on. They’re designed to give our clients even more stability, flexibility, and room to grow. That’s what drives me every day, knowing we’re helping them succeed.”

Beyond work

When it’s time to recharge, Anna finds her balance close to the sea or the mountains. Sports like football, padel, and swimming keep her energized, while biographies and documentaries about people who built their success from scratch keep her inspired. “One day, I’d also like to master cooking,” she adds with a smile.
