Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Artem Prokhorov, a Senior Technical Support Engineer, whose journey reflects growth, innovation, and the spirit of teamwork at TFB.
From hardware to fintech
Artem joined TFB four years ago, shifting his career from hardware into the world of software. “TFB has been the ideal platform for my growth,” he shares. In just a few years, Artem advanced from a junior specialist to a senior engineer. Along the way, he mastered not only the technical depth of software products and their interactions but also the art of clear, effective client communication.
Today, his responsibilities range from handling client setups and resolving complex escalations to mentoring younger colleagues. “I’m grateful for this experience because it’s allowed me to combine my technical background with new skills and grow into the professional I am today,” Artem says.
Growing together
One of the biggest shifts in Artem’s journey has been moving from a “solo player” to someone deeply invested in collective success. “The culture of support here fundamentally changed my perspective,” he reflects. “Now I see my role not just as solving tasks but making sure my work is transparent, documented, and useful for the whole team.”
This philosophy also extends to clients. For Artem, the role of tech support isn’t just about answering questions, it’s about being a true partner. “We don’t aim for quick fixes. We go to the root of the problem to prevent it from happening again. That’s what builds trust and lasting confidence.”

Beyond efficiency, Artem created TFB’s learning portal, which began as a personal initiative to streamline the team’s knowledge. Today, it is a central resource for onboarding and continuous learning, helping colleagues deliver better, faster support to clients and ensuring that the team’s collective expertise grows and scales.
Looking ahead
With fintech evolving quickly, Artem believes in staying proactive. “We don’t just wait for clients to request new tools. We analyse trends early, prepare, and by the time demand grows, we already have a solution in mind.”
Outside of work, Artem finds balance in swimming, a lifelong passion that has shifted from competition to meditation. “The pool is where I disconnect and clear my mind,” he says.
