TFB opened its Dubai office last year, after years of serving the region remotely. With the market growing rapidly and demand for TFB’s solutions increasing, establishing a local presence became the natural next step. “Being here allows us to work even closer with our clients, meet face-to-face, and understand their needs on a deeper level,” Shaun says.

“Dubai is positioning itself as a major financial hub, and things are developing fast” Shaun explains. “TFB’s solutions are fully aligned with the market’s pace and ambition. “We tailor our approach to every client,” Shaun explains. “By really understanding their business, we’re able to identify pain points they might not even realize technology can solve. That’s how we create meaningful relationships and solutions that drive efficiency and profitability.”

One project that Shaun is especially proud of highlights what client success at TFB is all about: patience, persistence, and partnership.

“One of our clients was facing huge losses due to issues with Stop Loss orders,” Shaun tells. “The problem wasn’t caused by our product, but that didn’t stop us from stepping in. I worked closely with our Support team for a month, testing different solutions until we found the root cause, a problem with the server provider. The relief and trust that came from resolving that issue were incredibly rewarding.”

Building personal relationships

For TFB, client success isn’t just about great technology, it’s also about human connection. “We’re always happy to meet up in person and spend extra time understanding our clients and what drives them,” Shaun says.
